PRECAUTIONS OR WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE BEING FOLLOWED BY A VEHICLE.
First of all, you need to be certain that you are being followed and how do you clear the doubts, kindly take this simple action :
1. Make Four Left turns or four right turns. By doing this, you have achieved one aim, which is moving in circle and the chances are extremely slim for someone else to be moving in same direction. If the car, bus, bike, is still behind you after the turns, then you are likely being followed.
2. If you are driving on the high way, take off with a reasonable amount of speed and observe if the stalker did same by using ur rear view mirrors, slow down after a while and if same is done by the stalker, then know you are absolutely being followed. If the stalker moves on he or she is likely going to slow down ahead for u to catch up. Now what you have to do at this point is, (a) pullover, don't make this obvious, give the stalker a reasonable amount of distance that it might be difficult to see you through his rear view mirror / side mirror. If there is an exit through that way, then take it.

Multiple operatives observe you and switch off at predetermined points. That means the guy that followed you for more than 10minutes will pull off at the nearest exit while another team takes it up from there.
